They are.  And you avoided getting your own reflection in the car with fins...

I was too busy talking to Nem but I did manage to catch Mike.
Can't wait to see Mike coming up the Orme on the bike in the picture. I'll have the oxygen cylenders waiting. :)

Utterly Superb Wrex..... My family loved it, and the Town was heaving.

A brilliantly managed event.     The best so far, long may it continue.

Very well done, Wrex, you and the rest of the team did a fantastic job. Never seen the town so busy. Let's hope all the local businesses remember the extra trade they've received and make a donation towards next year's event.  $good$

Have been asked by a lady from West Shore to post how wonderful she thought the Extravaganza had been, how well organised and busy it was. The best ever.

Many people who patronised the Charity Shop where I was helping yesterday came in and said how they had enjoyed themselves-- some were booking up ready for next year. One lady from Barnsley didn't even know the event was on until she walked out and into everything. ( Some bad publicity people in that hotel) She was thrilled to bits and said she felt part of the whole thing , even though she was only watching.

So------ well done and thankyou to everyone concerned.

And yes I was there again on Sunday Jack, but I worked dressed up on Monday afternoon !

We where so lucky with the weather last weekend, proves somebody up there loves us.We will soon be putting out leaflets asking for donations towards next years event while its still in their minds how much they made last weekend,i hope for bthe sake of the event ,the hoteliers, cafe owners, restaurant owners, pub landlords and shops respond because although i do it for the town, local kids etc it will be disshearting if the response is poor, wish us good luck.

Wrex, may I suggest that you set up an "online" donation facility.  This can be linked from your Web Site and people can donate 24/7, 365 days of the year.   It is used by many Charities and by individuals seeking sponsorship.   ££$

What sponsorship opportunities are available for next year? Why not listed the various options /costs on here and it may encourage more local businesses to participate?
