Another four people have died in North Wales after a positive test for Covid-19. Meanwhile, 60 new cases of the virus have been reported across the region.
There were 10 new deaths nationwide within 28 days of a positive Covid test in the latest figures issued by Public Health Wales today (Thursday, April 14), taking the country's total to 7,255. The total for North Wales since the pandemic began is now 1,321.
The whole of Wales had 338 newly recorded positive Covid tests, according to Public Health Wales. This means there have been 869,917 infections since the start of the pandemic in total.
There have now been 2,539,588 first doses of the coronavirus vaccine given out in Wales, while 2,406,341 people have been double-jabbed. There have also been 62,334 third doses given out to people considered immunocompromised while 1,950,252 people have had the booster dose.

Anglesey: 6 new cases - total 14,700
Conwy: 11 new cases - total 26,190
Denbighshire: 5 new cases - total 24,429
Flintshire: 10 new cases - total 38,868
Gwynedd: 4 new cases - total 26,800
Wrexham: 24 new cases - total 37,672
The infection rate for every 100,000 people in each area (seven days to April 9):
Anglesey: 78.5 (down from 80.0)
Conwy: 96.4 (down from 100.7)
Denbighshire: 90.9 (down from 96.1)
Flintshire: 37.8 (down from 42.3)
Gwynedd: 55.4 (down from 61.8
Wrexham: 54.4 (up from 50.0)
