Just to make it clear.......

"A Welsh Government spokesman confirmed that people can spend time with someone from another household - but only if it was not "pre-planned".

So for example, if you happened to come across a friend in a park while out exercising you would be allowed to join them for a walk, as long as you kept 2m apart. However, if you had organised to meet - that would break the rules."                             _))*    _))*

Mrs H and I were discussing this subject yesterday, saying that those living in the English tourist spots, were going to be under similar pressure as ourselves, with the relaxation of the rules......

People in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire's coastal communities say an influx of visitors would be a "nightmare" after a change in travel restrictions.

The new rules, which come into force on Wednesday, say day trips to outdoor open spaces are permitted, and do not limit the distance people can travel.

Those living in seaside towns fear the change could put their health at risk.

Most facilities, from public toilets to cafes, along the almost 100-mile (160km) coastline remain closed.

Many of those who live along the coast are older - a group considered more vulnerable to serious complications if they are infected with coronavirus.
The over-60s represent about a third of the population in most of these seaside towns, according to the 2011 census.

Welsh Government announces traffic light roadmap for exiting lockdown restrictions

A TRAFFIC light roadmap setting out how Wales could exit the coronavirus lockdown has been unveiled today by the First Minister, Mark Drakeford.

After almost two months of lockdown, the Welsh Government has set out its proposals for the next steps using the traffic light proposals and will be 'guided by science'.

The roadmap, 'Unlocking our society and economy: continuing the conversation', is part of a cautious, coherent approach to easing lockdown and builds on its sister paper, 'Leading Wales out of the coronavirus pandemic: a framework for recovery' published on April 24.

Will the traffic light system be confusing and difficult to enforce?

Mr Drakeford said:"It will have a degree of complexity but people navigate these complexities in their everyday lives," he said.

"As people are allowed to do more things outside their homes, the simple message of 'stay home' becomes harder to maintain.

"I don't envisage a period where people are doing foolish things to break the rules. The rules are there to enable us all to play our part.

"If we don't we're be back to square one."

She thinks that she's well educated but her actions prove that she's arrogant if nothing else.     I spoke to someone yesterday and was very surprised to learn that the person was making a long and non essential car journey and had a ready made fictitious excuse in case they were stopped by the Police
These arrogant people seem to think that they are above the law

Norman the Police do look at social media so let's hope that they viewed that woman's facebook page.    The arrogance of that type of person is beyond belief
It serves them right if people report them to the Police and even the Police think the fines are far too low in Wales

On the subject of people coming to Wales from England this weekend, well they have already started to do so

No excuse for this stupid person what an extremely bad example to the people in Wales who are sticking to the rules of lockdown.

The Police must act on this and give her a fine as you can't educate people with that attitude

Aberystwyth Police tweeted: “Patrols at Borth and Ynyslas.

“Vehicle located – reported for travelling from Midlands area to walk dog.

“With assistance from @CeredigionRPU 376, reported for no insurance and no licence. Car seized and cannabis found.”

Obviously the message is not getting through so perhaps now the Welsh Government will increase the fines to match those of England
