Actually it is not 17 years it is 19 years and the planning application was originally approved in 2006.    I was at Bodlondeb on that fateful day when planning was approved.      Following all the problems created by Anwyl Construction on that site CCBC  should look at the planning regulations breached at the Parc Bodnant site.      I could see at least 2 from Nant Y Gamar Road itself
