The proposed development must be an improvement for the area as the building was quickly becoming an eyesore
What I have noticed on most of the planning applications nowadays is a stereotype of phraseology such as :-
"Replanting is also part of the proposal, seeking to increase biodiversity in the region with the creation of a public space, while providing easier access and more parking for disabled people, pedestrians, cyclists, vehicles and emergency vehicles"
No mention of affordable apartments or that they are for local people and that is equally if not more important than all the other fancy buzz words
