Woman driving 24mph on 70mph dual carriageway stopped by North Wales Police
Police saw the vehicle on the A483

"The driver was arrested and conveyed to custody where the evidential drug drive procedure was carried out and a sample of blood was obtained for forensic analysis.

"Officers will now wait for the laboratory results to determine whether or not the driver was over the legal limit.
Cynics may quite rightly say  that she has already failed the Dope test
