The only thing the main article  got wrong was the temp; our house is at 998'amsl and the temp at lunchtime was 33,5C.

Race against time after camper van gets stuck in sand on Anglesey beach
The coastguard was called to assist at Traeth Crigyll Beach, in Rhosneigr

It's usually Black Rock Sands that is in the news for this type of thing but as one person said,  this beach is not a car park so the owner of the campervan should expect to be charged for getting towed out from the beach
