There appears to be a monument similar to those seen in Churchyards or stately homes, so without any certainty I'll have a guess at Bodysgallen Hall

Read through the guesses and there is one thing that I did not give a Yes/No so that is The hidden clue!
The pic was taken from The top of some (4) steps.  The pic from the bottom of the steps is quite different and you'd all get it straight away.
