Thursday 25 November at 7.30 pm, "A Christmas Carol" at The Tabernacle, performed by Centre Stage Theatre Company.

I went to see this yesterday evening and it was an excellent production which deserves better publicity - do go this evening if you can.  Tickets are only £5.00 on the door - great value!

A Christmas Carol was really well done at the Tabernacle tonight.... close to a full house, and I hope they made decent money.
It strikes me that they could have run it for several more nights,  a lot of effort for just 2 nights.

The show might have been even MORE enjoyable if the beers I had with DaveR beforehand hadn't made me nod off.   ZZZZzzz....Snore.

Already posted in another thread, this is an advance notice about a show Trinty Players are putting on.

The concert itself is a mix of carols, Christmas songs, including audience participation favourites such as Winter Wonderland, Rudolph, Jingle Bells and hits from the past, and comic readings from te likes of Dylan Thomas, Grenfell and Pay Ayres.  It'll be a warm and cosy show, with plenty of opportunity to join in and then meet, afterwards, in the schoolroom over a glass of mulled wine and a hot mince pie. Should get you all in the Christmas Spirit, and - best of all - it's for a really good cause.

Tuesday 7th December starting at 7.30pm

at Trinity Church

in aid of

Help For Heroes

and tickets cost £2.00 and are available from Escape Sports, 100 Upper Mostyn Street, or on the door.

Tudno F M , our local radio station, are putting on a disco in the Grand Hotel, Llandudno this Saturday evening. Music is promised covering all the years from Glen Miller onwards, so everyone should get something to their fancy.  Doors open 8.30 p.m., its a fiver, and the proceeds are going to the Happy Faces charity.  They are hoping to make this a regular monthly event to be looked forward to.  Mike
