What a good idea Yorkie especially as a lot of the photographs on the Forum are far superior to the NWWN.  $good$

I find it really annoying when people have gone to the trouble of giving their time to raise money for various charities only to find the photographs of the event are so small or badly printed in the NWWN, you can't see their faces clearly and then printed next to a huge advertisement for a cruise etc. Last weeks issue was so thin and at least 1/3 of advertising, they had a cheek to charge so much.  &shake&

NWWN had gone up last week - Daily Post recently went up, so wasn't a surprise when NWWN increased by more than the inflation rate as well!  Didn't buy NWWN this week so that's another sale they've lost, as it's just a repeat of the DP.  Get my fix of news on here and the DP website, only buy the DP for the puzzle page when I wind down before going to bed, and the exercise I get in walking to the shop and back!!!

NWWN have lost five readers this week as my copy is also read by my wife, then mother-in-law, brother-in-law and his wife!!!!!

As Shakespeare would have said, "Now there lies the rub!"
If all those who read the paper, actually bought it, it could well be back to the 1990 price!    ;D

Which is now cheaper?

The NWWN or a litre of petrol?

Strange ... I don't see any "like" buttons.

I can see a link that gives total number of "Likes".

But shouldn't there also be a "dislike" button, to get a balanced opinion?

I've had a fiddle, hopefully you should be able to see the Like buttons now?

Some think adding a degree of negativity isn't the best way forward, DVT.  And many online places are now removing the 'dislike' options, since they're often used to change rankings.

My answer is quite simple, I was always taught never to play with buttons, so I won't.
