• Once again, St David’s is running its ‘Share a Card’ scheme again this year and has produced one big Christmas card for use in staff rooms, offices, schools and community groups. It is a very simple. The card is free standing or can be pinned on a display board in a communal area, along with a small donation box (all supplied free of charge).
Instead of individuals sending separate cards to colleagues and friends, people can express their festive good wishes on the card, in return for a donation to St David’s Hospice. For your ‘Share a Card’ pack call 01492 873665.
• ‘Come Dine at Mine’ is an exciting way to raise money for St David’s whilst socialising with your friends and family. With staying in the ‘new’ going out in these tough economic times, look no further than your dining room table for an entertaining night of great company and home-made food. Invite your friends over for a party or a sit down meal with you and kindly ask them to make a donation. You can be as creative or as formal as you wish. From Halloween party to a Scottish theme meal for St Andrew’s Day, the possibilities are endless! For more information, please contact the Fundraising Department on 01492 873665.
