Mr. B's Restaurant (next to the old Fat Cat) is still up for sale.

.... I watched them emptying it of furniture the other day, such a shame, a short lived venture.  &shake& &shake&

We went to the Cottage Loaf for a meal last night. Once again, fantastic food and service in a very pleasant environment. Very reminiscent of the Pen Y Bryn in Upper Colwyn Bay. Do be sure to book if you're thinking of going, it gets very busy indeed.

I walked in on Saturday lunchtime without a booking and couldn't get a table for four - it really is one of the nicer places to eat in Llandudno.

It is a shame, just the type of restaurant needed in Llandudno especially Upper Mostyn St., lets hope somebody takes it over soon.

Had a few drinks in Osbourne House this afternoon, such a classy venue, a real credit to the town.  ZXZ

We went to the new Champagne Bar in Deganwy,  (called Prohibition).
It's owned by the same people as Characters.

Spent a pretty penny in there, and then on the The Castle Hotel in Conwy, where another few banknotes notes were deposited over the bar!

We only had enough left to afford The Archway fish and chips in Conwy, but it was as excellent as ever (I think??)  ZXZ Z**

Prohibition seems good, but you're right it's not cheap! Easy to run up a £50 drinks bill alone.

That said the place is pretty nice, very art-deco. They could do with a more extensive cocktail list though, I would have thought a White Russian would have been a standard but they didn't serve it.
