Concrete base for shed / workshop

We need a concrete base for a garden shed / workshop, any recommendations for  the job?

Local firm who make the concrete on their own wagon and will fill the shuttering if you lay the base out.  Forgot the name but something like Mix-Crete.  Someone on the forum will know!     ZXZ
