Ian, back in again, it was a simple fix from my end, just pressed "continue to site" the new type warning, put me off.

There seem to be at least two things going on here. One is that it's the browser that issues the warning, and different browsers have different tolerances. The second is that my entry url shows as

https://www.threetownsforum.co.uk/forum/index.php?

so the browser thinks it's an https site.  Odd.
