Just found a few old photos of Llandudno on Flickr, amongst them this one which the person who uploaded isn't sure if it is Llandudno or not. I'm thinking it was taken outside what is now the Victoria centre on Mostyn Street looking down towards the Church and Alexanadra Hotel. Am I right or wrong?

The pic doesn't enlarge very well Dave but I'm on your team from what I can see.You can make out the quite distinctive shape of the RBS next to the church.

Yep - that's Williams & Glyn's bank (years ago it was the National Milk Bar) next to St John's church. You can examine the cap in the Lloyd Street archives.

Thats because I tend to talk drivel, about all and nothing, at daft times of the day and night!
Having said that, I made a 27 year career out of that, so perhaps promotion is appropriate !
I have noticed that Dave is an Admiral these days ... perhaps we need to pipe him aboard each time he signs in? _))* _))*
