Title: Jane Morris - mother of William Morris Hughes
Post by: Rosemary on July 26, 2011, 06:52:56 pm
I'm trying to find out more about Jane Morris who was related to our family in some way. We visited Llandudno a few weeks ago so my Dad could see where William lived as a child and we were given the details of this forum. Does anyone have any names and dates of any of Jane's side of the family?

She died on May 28th 1869 aged 46 at the Theree Cock's Inn Aberllunvey of Pleuro Pneumonia during a journey to visit her parents in Llansantffraid.
In 1921 Mrs Lloyd George unveiled a stained glass window in her memory in Llansantffraid Church.
I have a family tree and her death certificate.
This puts paid to the history tales about her !
Suepp has alot of knowledge using census etc.
