Does anyone know if Lewis and Son the builders in Llandudno are still going? I was recommended them for building an extension to the kitchen but the landline number I was given is always engaged and the mobile one doesn't connect.
We've used E & H Griffiths and Probuild in the past, both excellent quality I found, but Probuild is so expensive I'm looking for another company to provide a quote for the work.
Thanks for any help,
Chemi

Well, to partly answer my own question, I was in the car today and drove down Builder Street to look for their yard, but couldn't see any sign of it, so maybe they have stopped trading.
Any other suggestions for a reliable builder?
Many thanks,
Chemi

Me and Fester have both had work done in the past by Dean Seager and he comes highly recommended for a range of building works.
Dean can be contacted on 07767 805246.

Thanks for the recommendation. A good builder is hard to find!

Try Thos Jones & Sons, Breton Street

I can vouch for Bri Robert's comments. Dean Seager was recommended to me, and I wish I had listened earlier.
I would have saved much heartache and even more money!
Dean Seager and his men get the job done, to a high standard, for a reasonable fee, and more than anything... they are RELIABLE and LOCAL!

Just an update on this. I needed an extension building and the existing kitchen and utility/boiler rooms knocking through. In the end I went for Dean Seager and am very glad I did. Excellent quality of work, easy to talk to, helpful rather than telling me what I wanted, and very reliable. All this and a very reasonable price too. Thank you to everyone who recommended him, much appreciated. $good$

Glad you such a satisfactory experience, Dean and his boys were excellent for us.
I wish I had used him before I got ripped off by other builders.
I should have listened to The Great Brian Thomas from the outset!
