I've just come across the BBC's Domesday Reloaded (http://www.bbc.co.uk/history/domesday) website. Maybe you've already seen it and I'm behind the times but if not, there are some interesting verbal and actual "snapshots" of the Three Towns area 25 years ago. There's one set of photos by a "Mr. D. Roberts" - is that anyone we know?

Must have been another one, I only first picked up a camera in about 2004. Good website, though. $good$

Did you not even take snaps before, Dave? You're obviously a natural!

What got you started Dave?

I used to take snapshots as a kid but that was it. Hadn't used a camera after that in many years; think I only started because digital cameras had become more affordable. My first camera was a 3mp Pentax Optio 330. Now, 7 years and 115,000 photos later, it's a Nikon D700 :)
