Whilst having a Google for info about Plas Tudno, I found this document in the Gwynedd Archives - the papers of the Llandudno Permanent Building Society.

It's fascinating, as it contains details of many of the prominent people and businesses in the town at the time (1860s-70s).

There's an entry relating to Plas Tudno. A daughter of the owner W.H. Reece maybe?
