When Radio One came to the Happy Valley in the middle 1908s (1984 I think), with DJ Paul Burnett.

The people sitting on the Radio One stage in the Happy Valley were taking part in the regular daily "Bits N Pieces" competition.

I seem to remember the roadshow being held in Erias Park, Colwyn Bay too.

Anyone remember the TV show "It's a Knockout" with Stuart Hall & Eddie Waring? I remember watching it at Erias Park sometime in the 1970's.
