Title: Forum running costs 2025 - 26
Post by: Ian on August 25, 2025, 07:16:04 pm
Costs this year are £155.00 less £65.00 from Adsense.

Last year, the costs were split between the following members:

DVT
Hugo
Hammy
SAJ
Mull
Michael W

which would entail a contribution of £15.00 per person. As members drop out or very sadly pass away the amounts involved obviously increase. Last year, however, SAJ and Snowcap paid more than their fair share, so they don't have to contribute this year.

Arrangements for paying by cheque or cash remain the same: put the cheque in a sealed envelope addressed to Mrs Sian McKenzie and hand it into the George reception.

Many thanks to all who contribute.

Ian,   is it still ok to put the cash in an envelope at the St George's reception.    From memory the envelope was to be endorsed fot the attention of Sian   Williams, is that the correct name?

That would work Hugo; her full name is Sian Mckenzie-Williams.  And yes - pass it to St George's reception staff who will ensure she gets it.  Thanks .

Thanks Ian,    Mrs H took the cash in an envelope and left it at the reception office in St Georges

Thanks for the PM Ian. I need the name of the account holder too to complete the transfer- it isn't Sian M-W!

Have just checked my bank payee details and it must have been set up before needing account name verification so I am sorry I can't help you. My payment goes through on sort code and account number only.

Thanks Ian, now sorted.
I can go for weeks without looking in if I'm away on holiday or just otherwise too busy but well worth supporting a local forum that is a good source of information, has differing opinions but no personal abuse and foul language.
