Tributes to North Wales ice cream 'legend' who died last week
Joe Parisella had run the family's ice cream factory in Conwy, supplying hotels and restaurants across Wales and beyond
I was sorry to read this article in the Daily Post today as we had been talking recently on the forum about Joe and the family, It's over 60 years since I first saw Joe on his tricycle selling ice cream in the street where I lived. I can still remember how nice he was and his smile was so infectious. He'll be sadly missed
