Title: Who ran the Alexandra Hotel in Clonmel St in the 1970s?

A query for the locals who remember The Alexandra Hotel, Clonmel St, in the early 1970s. Can anyone recall the names of the couple who ran this then? Information is that the man wasn't from the UK. He could have been German, or Austrian, His wife was said to be very glamorous and used Je Reviens perfume. Does this ring any bells?
