Title: Commercial property wanted - HELP

Hello everyone, a belated happy new year to you all.

Just found this forum whilst conducting some market research.  I will (in the near future) be looking to open a retail unit in Conwy.  The trouble is that as soon as they appear on the market, they are taken.  If anybody knows of a unit that is due on the market, or even hears a rumour could you let me know?  We will also be lookimng in Llandudno but that is not our first option.

There's three empty ones at the bottom of the High Street - whether they are to let or not yet, I'm not sure.

The larger clothing shop at the top end of High Street has closed, and is available I believe.

The three that Dave refers to are supposedly earmarked for the Barbers, Jewellers and Gift Shop which are relocating from the Bingo Hall premises opposite.

John Spicers Travel shop is available.  Just at the start of Madoc Street at the Lloyd Street end.   Nice compact unit in secondary position.

In Llandudno, I consider the former Merrymoon shop to be the best one currently available:

Hmm, it depends WHAT you want to sell though, and what rent is affordable within one's business plan.

£205k for a lock-up shop in Madoc Street?   They having a laugh??
