Does anyone know how I might obtain copies of his books or how I might get in touch with the author. I've searched BT and it would seem to sugget that Mr Dibble resides in the area. I'm keen to obtain copies of
Rhiwledyn and Little Orme: Historical and Social Survey (Historical and social surveys) by Kenneth Dibble (1995)
Bodafon and Pant-Y-Wennol: Historical and Social Survey by Kenneth Dibble (1993)
He has also produced one entitled
Nant-Y-Gamar: Historical and Social Survey by Kenneth Dibble (1990)
I know they are in the Llandudno archives but I'm in NZ and can't find any permanent access for myself via the internet. Amazon et al state they are currently unavailable etc

As far as I know these booklets were never sold commercially and I suspect the print-run was very small. One or two were sold by Dafydd Hughes the bookseller in Madoc Street but he has long since passed away and I have never seen any there since.
I have very occasionally seen one advertised on the Abebooks site.

Thanks Cambrian,
Hugo has suggested trying Penrhyn Library as he thinks some one there knew the author. I have tried emailing via conway library services for help.

It is with the deepest regret that we at Llandudno Museum announce the passing of Mr.Ken Dibble on Nov 8th aged 89. He was a good friend to the Museum and the "father" of Blodwen in that it was he who discovered her importance and worked tirelessly to try and bring her back to Llandudno. He leaves a legacy of some excellent research into Llandudno's past and some valuable historical booklets. He will be sadly missed.
We have his booklet about Blodwen available at the Museum. Others are for viewing at the Archive in Lloyd St.

R.I.P. Mr. Dibble :votive:
I hope that your hard work regarding Blodwen pays off soon and we can at last have her back home where she belongs - it would be a fitting tribute to you and your work if she could come back here to rest in peace forever xx

How very sad but sounds as though he has left Llandudno a wonderful legacy. RIP

Perhaps Llandudno Museum could consider publishing a reprint of these booklets?
