Intrigued by an ad. in this weeks Pioneer.  Syn (think they mean Swn) y Mor, Marine Drive.

Unrivalled development opportunity for complete demolition.  Plans drawn up by architect for a very prominent new-build etc. £350,000 guide price.

There is a small photo and it looks as though all the windows are boardnow what's the story?

That fascinated me too--- did you look at the other photos on St. David's web page? The pic in the advert appears to be an impression of what could be built. The pics on the web page show where it is and some drawings of plans.
Anyone know more?-- It is an enviable position !

Superb plot but not the easiest for any demolition and rebuild and will be expensive too. Has planning been granted?
