Post by: Nemesis on July 30, 2012, 06:26:20 pm
I have 2x 15" LCD TVs each with a Freeview box and appropriate remote controls in perfect condition ideal for kitchen or bedroom for sale. £20 each combination.
Money to be donated to local Hospices.

No - just to an old wire coat hanger suspended in a corner of the room!  That's how we did it in the old days.     L0L

Thanks for your interest folks. Both TVs are now sold.
----and yes an aerial is essential, something called the Orme interferes with the signal !!! :o

Don't have to move the Orme.  Just get a long pole with the aerial on the top and point it in the direction of Chester, you will then pick up the North West Transmitter.  Or from your position you probably won't even need the long pole!

Both were snapped up, collected and paid for.
Ty Gobaith has gained £20.00 and so has St David's. ;D
Charity Shops, even if they have a PAT tester cannot sell TVs because of the licencing laws, so we thought it was the best way for someone to benefit.
Have spared you the expense of shifting the Orme Fester  ???and I'm sure you have better things to occupy your time Yorkie than waving long poles in the direction of Chester. ! :o ;D
