I learnt about this in the "Quiz time" thread.
Have a look on page 64 of this thread, reply 1591.

I believe that it is above the entrance door of a house almost opposite the Ship Inn in Rhos on Sea, but someone on the Forum will no doubt be more accurate than I. ZXZ

Wish I had seen this before I answered the same question on another thread. Why must people post the same thing in more than one place? Waste of Bandwidth and space! :rage:

As a reminder to everyone, please only post a query once in a single board. It will be seen by everyone, anyway, and posting it twice will only serve to annoy those who use the place regularly. Thanks.

Ian, maybe you should post that on all the threads then it will get the message across!!!!! L0L

Well Yorkie is correct insofar as there is a very similar, maybe exactly the same, feature. Above the front doors facing the Ship in Rhos. I've seen them thousands of times, but never looked at them closely. The same feature is on many of the houses in Maes Canol, the estate in Abergele which was built at the same time as the Rhos estate. Again, I've never looked at them closely, I just know they are there. Mike.
