Victoria center looking smart thanks to Mostyn estates giving it a power hose,not to sure about the empty shops inside though,i thought they might have enticed a few new tennants.

I see the newsagents next to the Albert hotel is under offer with Richard Baddeley,been empty for a good 5 years i reckon.

Yes, that's very positive. Would be great to know who it might be, but guess we will have to wait and see. Hope it's a quality outfit and a shop rather than a food/beverage place (not that I am criticizing them, but a traditional retailer would be a better balance).

Funny site that shopproperty,took a look the other day 66 Mostyn st under offer,it had only been put up,took another look today under offer gone yet 91 Mostyn st has been under offer for 10 months and as far as i know Mostyn estates bought it 8 months ago.
