Whilst those in areas under local lockdown won’t be able to jump in the car and head to Wales just yet, people in Staffordshire can still visit hotspots like
Llandudno and Snowdonia.
The Welsh Government said that it's not prohibiting holidays - whether that's in or out of Wales, despite advising residents to only make essential journeys.
The Welsh Government website states that accommodation, bars and restaurants are open in the country, with Covid-19 safety measures in place.
You will be able to go on holiday with people in your own, or your extended household, but must be limited to six people following the ‘rule of six’ announcement on September 14. Children under 11 are not counted.
