Well what can I say,   the best team on the day won 2  nil.        It was the first time that the Toffees had won at Anfield this century, let's hope that they don't repeat it again this century

That Kuli guy who has supported Everton through thin and has done enough penance and should be let out now

I'm absolutely  :o  to think that that there is another Everton supporter up there on the island with a connection to Llandudno.     It's time that the Llandudno branch of the Everton supporters club got a bigger phone box to hold their AGM

Breaking news -----

Klopp has assured Liverpool fans they will be in a European competition next year.

Even if he has to write the song himself.   :)

Klopp is possibly the best manager in the Premiership as he always seems friendly, (nearly) always enjoying the game, and doesn't always make the same standard comments ("we showed good character") that we hear from the others.

However, I suspect he may not be there much longer if he disagrees with the management - which would be a downright shame, not just for Liverpool Football Club, but for football in general.

Well said DVT and I'll second that.    That proposed Super League in Europe favours the big clubs but not the smaller clubs.

Talking of which, I'm reliably informed that due to the ongoing Covid social distancing rules the Llandudno branch of the Everton supporters club has had to change its location for the Spring AGM
It has now got a second phone box

and now Manchester United making three in total.

BREAKING: Ed Woodward has resigned as chairman of Manchester United.

Woodward’s decision comes after the backlash over the European Super League.

Fan power won in the end all the Man U fans are happy Woodward is gone, these ratty owners should be hammered but it would be the fans that suffer not the money grabbing owners, just happy my team is above them, the people's club.

Following on from this afternoon's events at Old Trafford ... the game (3 points) should be given to Liverpool and Man Yoo docked a load of points, enough to put them into relegation.

Any outstanding Man Yoo fixtures should see the 3 points going to their opponents - or cancel all the results of their games this year.

That would then hurt the pockets of the owners, who the so-called "fans" want to hurt - the fans will still have their team to follow, but in a lower league where the true fan may emerge as a true supporter.

FA CUP FINAL      Chelsea 0    Leicester 1

I enjoyed watching the game yesterday and the goal was a worthy winner.     It was the first time Leicester had won the cup after 4 previous appearances and it was quite refreshing to see a smaller club winning the competition

      West Brom  1      Liverpool 2

What a cracking header by the Liverpool goalkeeper in the 95th minute to score the winner and secure 3 more points for the reds.   I haven't seen goals like that since Virgil Vab Dijk used to score them before he was savagely fouled earlier in the season

Sheffield United will be relegated at the end of the season despite having a comfortable win away from home yesterday

It's been a strange year in the Premiership with some unexpected results happening throughout the year.         After struggling with form Liverpool had a good run in and finished 3rd in the league.
Man City were worthy winners and finished the year with a thumping 5 - 0 victory against Everton,  it's a good job Pickford was in form in goal or it could have been a lot worse

There's no loyalty in football anymore.    The Daily Mirror's headline  Thanksalotti    says it all when Carlo "commits" to Everton before taking the Madrid millions and saying goodbye just 24 hours later

David Moyes may be in the running for the vacancy,  he is a good manager and has been at Everton before.

However if Everton are to be in the running for Championship playoff places in the future it's not Moyes they need but Merlin
