Two people were arrested as up to 6,500 people gathered to watch Wales' Euro semi-final in Colwyn Bay.
Video captured the moment police and security moved into the crowd at the Parc Eirias fanzone as Wales took on Portugal in Lyon.
Police can be seen leading one person away as families with small children look on.
Two people were arrested for 'persistently letting off flares'.

Conwy Council Marketing Officer Millie Gilbert said security officers checked bags and fans for flares and alcohol as they entered the fanzone and a number of items were confiscated for safety reasons.
She added: "There were a couple with flares and security officers moved in.
It was dealt with very quickly: "The atmosphere was fantastic with lots of families in the family zone.
