Not a hundred percent sure --- but ----- the angle makes me suspicious. Possibly taken from my land. Or at least you walked over my land to get to it.
Never mind, a crispy fiver or two in the honesty box on the way out will settle the matter and I will continue waving to you as I go past your house 😀😀😀mike

I was on the bench on Angelsea Road Mike, through the stile there.
It's at the top of the zig zag path.

Thanks for posting those photos Fester, they are really good and bring back nice memories for me of when The Isle of Man Steam packet Co had trips from the pier.      $good$

looks like the ship is nearly empty.
If it carries on like that they wont be coming next year. Ship will not run on fresh air.

Worry not Mull,  it was meant to come in empty, collect passengers and bring them back a few hours later.
Although, I have to say, there was by no means a huge queue for the Balmoral today, and you could pay on board.

Very true, I had not noticed the numbers, which brings up the question of advertising or lack of, I am usually up on these things, but as far as I am aware, no mention in the local press?

From Cambrian....The Balmoral is in the area for a few more days.  The sailing this afternoon was Menai Bridge - Llandudno - Cruise towards Rhyl and back as far as Conwy Bay then Llandudno and Menai Bridge.  The ship will be back in September but the sailings then will be extended as their south coast sailings have been curtailed due to the pier at Cowes being out of action. It looks as if she will be here for around 3 weeks so plenty of opportunities to sail.
Current sailing timetable available in the TIC at Llandudno Library or at the White Funnel website.

There has been press reporting of the visit and there is a sign in the Library entrance saying bookings available in the TIC.

Also the PS Waverley will be here on 30th August for one day only.  Coming from Liverpool and then cruise along east coast of Anglesey and back.  Leaves the Pier at 1430 back at 1815.

Llandudno is property hotspot for UK seaside resorts.         $walesflag$     $good$

Llandudno is in the list of top 10 performing British seaside towns for house prices.
The Victorian resort is sixth on the table with a 7.6% increase over the past 12 months according to property website Zoopla.
Average prices now stand at £196,074.
The resort has thrived in recent years with shop vacancy rates falling and investment in many of the town's hotels.

Absolute bedlam driving in town this afternoon. Along the prom there were four or five coaches nose to tail double parked. So as a result traffic was backing up on one side of the road almost the full length of the prom from St Georges almost to the paddling pool.

Pride of place however went to a white Merc mid afternoon parking on the tram tracks just above black gate. When the tram made it obvious they were parked in the wrong place they moved off round the corner and parked next to the traffic lights on the downhill side of Wyddfydd Road got out of the car and left it there.

Stunning property but very over-priced.
