I'm quite happy with the Cappuccino at Wetherspoons
I can have 2 or 3 for the price of 1 in Cafe Culture
But you can you sip it outside in the sunshine and watch the world go by, Brumbob?

Rubbish!!  Wetherspoons is a soulless mausoleum of a building...you'd best advised to take a torch if you go there. ;D  ;D  ;D

Did you mean sPit ?    L0L

I favour Pedro's Cafe 101, small and bright, facing directly South and away from the road with easy parking.  :D

Not a lot of good when you want a coffee in central Llandudno, though....  :P

I have to stick up for Wetherspoons Coffees,  its the Lavazza brand,  its excellent... and its he cheapest in town.
Also, get your card stamped and you get one free, after buying the previous 5.

Good coffee depends upon two things....good quality coffee beans...and the correct preparation. Wetherspoons have the first bit correct....  ;)

Went to Wetherspoons once (not for Coffee tho), loved that they had saved some of the features of the old Palladium. but hated the rest of it. Think I will stick with Le Gatte for the time being.   (Hi Hugo) :)

La Gatte was excellent when we went, and a lovely ambience.  But you pay for that!

None of them have, apart from a couple down by Bog Island and a few in Upper Mostyn Street. They were all removed when the present method of lighting Mostyn Street by floodlights above the shops was installed in the 1970s. There was talk of them brought back into use but it comes down to £££ as always. Most towns would be cherishing an original Victorian feature like that, Llandudno's are abandoned...
