North Wales town has highest rate of drink and drug driving convictions in UK, survey reveals

If I remember correctly Llandudno had the same headlines last year and those statistics were based on the convictions at the Llandudno Magistrates Court.       The offenders could have come from anywhere in the Counties of Conwy,  Gwynedd and Denbighshire so it not a fair reflection on the town of Llandudno.

Don't those people who make those intelligent comments realise that it is the likes of them that are spreading the virus?        Perhaps a stop by the North Wales Police may make it a more expensive shopping trip
