Interesting.  It seems your browsers ain't resolving the links.  Is anyone else having the problem with that link?

Hmmm... this is interesting.  It works perfectly in Safari, Firefox and Flock. It doesn't display at all in Opera and only partially in Chrome.

So - next question.  What browsers are you using?

Can you both try safari?  It's a free download, I think.  I need to isolate why the links work in some browsers and not in others.

I have Safari on my PC but as I generally use IE, I am loath to change as I do lots of surfing apart from enjoying this Forum.    I know how to do what you have the link to so am not bothered about not getting the pictures.     $uk     $wales     $eu    $thanx$

It's only your screenshots that aren't working in Chrome or IE, Ian, all the photos in the Alex Munro thread, for example, are working fine in both those browsers. Are they PNG's, by any chance? I suspect that may be the problem.

I'll check, Dave.  My software definitely saves them as PNGs, and I then convert them before posting them.  Unless I've uploaded the wrong type...   ))*

Nope;  all except one are jpegs.  So no nearer the solution, then.  I'll keep thinking.

Every one is now a jpeg (I've changed the one that wasn't) so it now ought to display properly.

Could you see it before, Dave?  If so, then it's only affecting some browsers.
