It's Pyllau Farm isn't it?

It's nice enough, but it's certainly not worth anything like half a million.

Recently, Dave R invested in an excellent top-of-the-range Bosch washing machine.

So, when I saw this today, I instantly thought of you mate!

Interesting properties, plus Dave R likes abandoned buildings,  so I thought I would post this collection of abandoned mansions here, for your delectation.

Any idea who owns the farm, is it the Jones's?

£1m seems a bit steep for a bungalow and a few fields to me, even if the views are stunning.

I'm surprised that the bungalow ever got planning permission in the first place because of its location to the actual farmland and farm buildings.
Perhaps it was always the intention to sell it in two lots.

Just seen on the news that this lighthouse is for sale on the Isle of Man. I remember seeing it when I was there. It is in a fantastic position, well it was on the fine weather day that I was there.

It would be a great base for that beach cleaning charity mentioned in the article.

This list of buildings at risk features Kinmel Hall, just outside Abergele. I had no idea it had been dubbed the 'Discount Downton' though, it's usually referred to as the 'Welsh Versailles'. I love how 'There was even a room dedicated for the ironing of the family’s daily newspaper.'
