Sale agreed on 'unbelievably' priced beach hut on North Wales coast
The wooden shack on Abersoch beach went on the market with a £175,000 price tag

--- Quote from: Hugo ---I took this photo  but can't make out the date.     You'll have to go there and have a look   ;D
It's a nice conversion though

On the estate agent website there are a lot more photos, one shows the inscription from the other side of the room and I reckon the date is 25 Oct 1899 ... I want to find out the significance, is it the date he left (he was in Pontwgan in 1901) - also hope to find out the date he moved there so wonder if the deeds show up anything - I'm not trying to claim it passed down to me (!) - the Vaughan dynasty has all died out, but I have it as my middle name!  Will contact the agents.

A bit further south but it's nice to see this woodland retreat hidden away in a tree covered Welsh hillside
The timber-clad Swn Yr Gwy in Powys is at one with its idyllic surroundings

I'm a Celebrity 2021: Inside Cefn Castell - the seafront house where camp mates met last night.    We went past this place on a walk a few years ago.    It's near a cliff edge and just outside of Criccieth, one lovely feature of this place is the stone wall around the house.  It's quite high for privacy but we still managed to see over it and I posted some photos on here at the time

North Wales' most expensive property goes on sale in Abersoch for £3m
Construction of the state-of-the-art house was completed earlier this year and it's now looking for an owner who can meet its eye-watering asking price
It's a coincidence coming on the market now just after North Wales' most expensive beach hut was on offer for £200K just last week.
Will the locals be bidding for the hut or the house I wonder?     &shake&
