Anyone addicted to these colouring books?
I have just finished the first page of mine which is Millie Marotta's Tropical Wonderland.
Someone had a good idea there and it stops me making crochet blankets for a while!    ;D

Can't grip a pen/crayon sufficiently to have a go at these, much as I would like to, so I am knitting hats for prem. babies. I can manage about 6 a week if I crack on between other jobs !
Your pictures are very neat Hollins, My parents, when they were alive had a craze on Velvet Art which always looked very effective. Trouble was, the house got overrun !

Here are a few of my hats ready to send to the neonatal unit. A good way to use up small balls of wool and keep my fingers moving.

Just showcasing some of my painted pebbles , portraying some of my favourite Llandudno places /subjects . These are quite small , painted in water colours /gouache and varnished .

A bit new to this , I hope I'm posting in the proper place ... not muscling in on anyone else's post .... Just showing a couple more of my Llandudno painted pebbles . I put some on here the other day , but I'm not certain I posted properly ! These are 2 which took a long time to paint , and they're varnished and finished properly now . Water colour/gouache .

I've sold these at Haulfre gardens , along with mini Llandudno bird feeders. None there at the moment - but working on a new batch . They are labour intensive !

For all knitters.
There is an exhibition at Gloddaeth United Church for a week, every day from 10am to 4pm except Sunday when it is 1pm to 4pm entitled The Knitted Bible. There are 33 Biblical stories made entirely from knitted characters, set out in scenes. Entry is free, but a donation is appreciated.

Not for everyone, obviously, but I was very impressed.

Back from yarn buying in Switzerland. First two pics are the Lang factory shop near Reiden and the other one is a branch of Jakob-Markt
