That looks a great idea Hollins. I will put forward the idea when I next call at the shop-- I shall have to make a 'demo model' as my printer is languishing in Curry's workshop having thrown a complete wobbly last week. :rage:
Over the weekend of the market in town, sales of everything went through the roof, we were struggling to fill the spaces in the shop last Monday and even then Monday was the highest takings in my 3 years there, especially on Christmas cards.
If anyone did call and spend--- a huge THANKYOU.

Well done Nemesis. Those Christmas cards you made have a lot of work in them.
I have printed a photo of the parcel and I will take it in or post it later with some more glittery flowers.   ££$

Thanks Hollins.
The cards aren't my homemade ones-- I can't sell any for them at the shop as they have hundreds of their own printed ones to get rid of !! :o

I have a range of Welsh and English cards there for other occasions and I usually make them for Easter etc.

Have called today when I had been to St David's Christmas Fayre which was packed at 10 past 10 this a.m. and collected the flowers. I have made a couple of parcels for examples, so will see what happens.

Thanks again for your hard work and generosity.

The main problem with anything small  that isn't pinned to a board or fastened on to something is that it 'walks' too easily, so I shan't have to put too many out at once.
Sad, but it is all too common an occurrence

Stealing from a charity shop, it beggars belief.

Tell me about it !. If people aren't pinching things they are pulling prices off &/or haggling.
Don't get me wrong, we have some lovely customers who wouldn't dream of it, who come in regularly, but then....... there is the other side of the coin. makes you sick. :puke2:

I will have you know that I can knit!  (albeit very badly)

My first wife was an avid knitter, and created many fabulous items, and quickly too.

She showed my how to cast on, cast off.... I proceeded to knit a square.

Then, I knitted a square in 2 colours.

Then I knitted a football scarf, but I don't think I ever finished it.
