New government proposals say victims have a right to know who is behind malicious messages without the need for costly legal battles.
A law that is long overdue in my opinion people have a right to know who these plastic cowards are

I don't think so. All it means is that, if we receive a request from the Police, we will be obliged to divulge the information we have concerning a person's account, i.e. email address, IP address used.
