Kelly was an absolute star, a true character every one knew and loved.  Always smiling and full of fun. 
He'll be missed tremendously by his family and friends.
I'm sure I speak for everyone when expressing my condolences to Maggie and the family also Noel his best mate.
Conwy and Junction won't be the same without you mate.
