We are looking to add to our team of ringers so if anyone out there would like to have a go, please contact me. We also have a handbell team and one or two additional ringers would be welcome. Training can be given and it really is a pleasant hobby/pastime.

Contact details can be found at www.llandudno-parish.org.uk/bells.html

Especially for you Stan.

This belltower is completely separate from the Church and visitors have to put 10p in the slot to put the lights on, to see inside.
It is to be hoped that the bellringers have an override switch !

Thanks Nemesis. Where is it?
There are a number of towers separate from churches throughout the UK, Chester Cathedral being one.

This bell tower is quite strange, it has an unusual shape. If you click on the link there are sections of the church website which deal with the bells etc.

Local ringers will be ringing the New Year in at 12 noon tomorrow. If there is any visiting ringer in town at that time, you will be very welcome to come and join us.

On a New Year's Day that is not too pleasant, I hope our ringing at mid-day brought a little cheer to anyone who heard it.

We are looking to add new members to out teams of tower bell and hand bell ringers, so if you would like to have a go and find out more about us please use this link

Experience is obviously an advantage but not a necessity as training can be given.

Starting at 7pm tonight before the normal weekly practice, a quarter peal (about 45 mins.), will be rung to celebrate the golden wedding anniversary today of Holy Trinity's tower captain Stan and his wife Jean.

Many thanks in anticipation to those who will be taking part and to all our ringers both tower bell and hand bell.
