Of which include eight in Flintshire, four in Wrexham, seven in Conwy, five in Anglesey and eight in Denbighshire and Gwynedd.
New cases across Wales have hit 340 bringing the total number to 4,930 - though this figure is likely to be much higher.
36 deaths were also recorded in 24-hours, bringing the total across Wales to 351
The total figure of positive cases in Flintshire now stands at 98, Wrexham at 79, Anglesey at 23, Conwy at 43, Denbighshire at 82 and Gwynedd at 45.
Dr Chris Williams, Incident Director for the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak response at Public Health Wales, said: “We offer our condolences to families and friends affected, and we ask those reporting on the situation to respect patient confidentiality.

Meanwhile, some NHS staff say they still do not have the protective equipment they need to treat patients.
Among the latest deaths is an 11-year-old, according to NHS England.
The UK-wide figures, which are accurate as of 17:00 BST on Friday, do not include those who died in care homes or the community.
In Scotland 47 more deaths were reported on Saturday, while 36 were reported in Wales and 15 in Northern Ireland.
