Indeed... But I do wonder how many are bots and not real people. We know there are a lot of bad players out there who are polluting all the social media accounts. It's difficult to believe normal humans wrote many of those comments.

Reading yesterday how bad India is coping, approx 1,000 daily deaths, (Sep 10th 1283) hospitals unable to cope, their best hope is a vaccine, and I believe the are already trying/testing the Chinese treatment.

It's a pity the stats for Conwy aren't more explicit and were capable of showing where the virus was picked up in each infection, because I'm wondering if there is a connection that can be attributed to the increase in visitor numbers since we came out of lockdown, or is it a case of too many people going out of the area, for whatever reason and bringing it back with them on their return home. I guess we will never know.

I'm pleased that we don't seem to have seen a threatened second wave.  Mustn't speak too soon.,..

Well, we did get a reprieve. But it appears that things are becoming more worrying again. The looming 'flu and cold season is almost upon us, and the symptoms for all three diseases are similar. If you can get one, a
'flu vaccination is probably an important choice.

One consolation is that the world has never been better placed to deal with this pandemic.

I should have booked mine earlier, now I have to wait until the 10th of October before getting a slot at Venue Cymru.

Agreed, but I also followed earlier advice about using Vitamin D, we started in May, taking 25mg/1000iu´s of Vit. D3 after looking into the matter carefully over the lockdown period, I am convinced we did the right thing, and would suggest others look into this matter for themselves, I have put a link to the full search page, and another to an interesting video with good explanations.

Vitamin D reduces infection and impact of COVID-19, studies find
People are being urged to take a vitamin D supplement to reduce their risk of becoming infected with COVID-19.

Our flu jabs are for the 1st October at Lloyds Chemist but we are keeping our fingers crossed that everything will be ok on the day.
When we phoned our doctor's surgery we were told that "they hadn't had any directions from the Government" so we had to opt for the Chemist instead.
