Conwy leads the way on revenue earning £176K. If all fixed penalties are £80 that accounts for £131K.
They might be handing out the fines but folk are still dropping the rubbish.
Littering is a greater number than cigarette littering but both are higher than dog fouling.
Dog fouling is the worst in my opinion as it has some particularly offensive aspects but in it's defence ( well not really but I'm sure you will comprehend my meaning) at least it's biodegradable.
Plastics aren't.
Dog mess in a picked up bag then left in a tree somewhere for another person to clear up. Why ?
Now that winters on it's way they make a very useful hand warmer until the first bin is found
