Perhaps he would get in touch with his rescuers who helped save his crew and used his fire extinguishers in an attempt to quell the fire

Vandals trash Sir Tom Moore plaque at Covid memorial
Local residents are furious about the damage.      What can you say about someone with a mentality that does such a thing, I just wish that someone would trash the culprit or culprits who did this

There seems to be an increase in vandalism and disrespect reported, from all areas of the country.

I watched a programmer last night, were the police were searching for a missing 15 year old girl, at her boyfriends house at 3am ! , the woman of the house, told them to check the (large) shed in the back garden, which had been fitted out as a bedroom for 3 boys, the oldest, (the boyfriend 13 years old), they had difficulty waking them as they appeared drunk, not surprising as the table, had bottles of spirits on display, however no sign of the girl, who had apparently left some hours ago, back at the main house, the other officer searching  there, discovered why the unsupervised boys were in the shed, the top floor was a large cannabis farm.  &shake&

Respect starts at home.

Sadly the charity open day for the garden at Maenan Hall, which was to take place on April 25, has been cancelled.

The National Garden Scheme has notified the organisers of the event, in Maenan, Conwy, that the Government guidelines don't cover private gardens.

Perhaps he would get in touch with his rescuers who helped save his crew and used his fire extinguishers in an attempt to quell the fire

A partially-sighted army veteran, 82, helped rescue a family from their burning yacht just before it exploded.

John Nicol, from Llandudno, and a friend pulled a mother and her son onto their vessel and hoped the skipper would be able to put the blaze out.

But the flames were already too fierce and they were forced to also help the skipper, who escaped minutes before the yacht blew up.

The drama happened in Conwy harbour on Saturday 3 April.

Mr Nicol and his friend had spotted the burning yacht in the distance as they sailed to Puffin Island.

'Luckily, no-one hurt'
After rescuing the mother and son they had initially handed the skipper their fire extinguisher to douse the flames.
