In 1905 a small chapel was built on the current site. This quickly became too small and in 1926 the current building was completed - . The distinctive white and black timber church was only ever intended to be temporary but it was not until 1999 etc etc etc

Perhaps this info will help to  identify the building and location?

Well done ME that's spot on.     $good$

It's on the corner of Penrhyn Isaf Road and Maesgwyn Road in Penrhyn Bay.      In the days of the Electric tram from Old Colwyn to Llandudno the tram would come from Old Colwyn and after  passing the Toll Bar at Rhos on Sea Golf Club it would leave the main road and go up the rough and unadopted Glan Y Mor Road while the cars used the main road which was then Penrhyn Isaf Road

The spiritual life of the community began in 1900 when meetings were held in a private dwelling house at Morfa Cottages. In 1905 a small chapel was built on the current site in Maesgwyn Road. Inside the ChurchThis quickly became too small and in 1926 the current building was completed - the original building became what is now known as the schoolroom. The distinctive white and black timber church, still remembered by many of Penrhyn Bay’s residents, was only ever intended to be temporary but it was not until 1999 that it was refurbished to become the brick structure that we know today.

Not Bodnant ME but it is in the Three Towns area.     I saw it when I was having a coffee one day.

I've had a coffee there a few times,  but not noticed this  object before, but it's clearly visible.    There can't be many places in the Three Towns area where it could be.

Is it on the hill above the coffee shop with the pink car outside it on Rhos prom?

Spot on Hollins, well done        &well&

I was at the Kiosk on a very cold day this week and saw the object above me.  I had to go into the housing estate to take the photos of the object.
The warm welcome I got from the staff at the Kiosk plus the bacon and egg bap and hot coffee compensated for the cold weather  $good$
but I must admit that I had to go into my car to finish off the ice cream.      :)

It's the Weathervane from Penrhos College, which used to stand on the site.

You can see it on the spire nearest the photo in this old image of the College:
