Not the imperial.  I think I better reveal this one!

It is the Junior Dining Hall at Gloddaeth Hall.
White Rabbit on this Forum attended the place when it was a Girls School.
The link to Clares is that WR's grandfather started the store as Clares.
It was a Girls School but then became a Boys as St David's College.
Nick Elphick and Viscout Chelsea are ex Pupils.

It looks very much like the house that is in the field by Llanrhos Church and is between the two round abouts on the A470 and Conway Road

I have it on good authority, (the best in fact)... that this is Conwy Lodge, 

I have more...  It was the gatehouse for Gloddaeth Hall, and is now a Holiday Let for Mostyn Estates.

I have a funny feeling that my 'mysterious source' has done a bit of plumbing in there!   ;) ;)

We used to live at Bryn Lupus and often wondered what is was like close up.
We never had the courage to go in there though.
