The location for this path is relatively easy, what major thoroughfares does it connect?

A little harder, what structure did the wall on the right border originally?

Bonus question, there are faded letters in white paint along the wall. What did the letters say, once upon a time?

It's the footpath that connects Conway Road (A470) and Queen's Road, (nearly opposite the turn-off for Maenan Road) and the wall was part of the old GPO garage complex there, where Llys Brierly is now. I'll have a look at the white letters on the wall next time I'm walking through there!

After posting my previous answer and seeing that the Housing development on the site of the old GPO is called Llys Brierley, could it be that the writing on the walls is advertising Z. Brierley Drill Grinders, and did he start there before they moved to the site in Lower Queen's Road and subsequently Ferry Farm Road in Junction?

I'm going to have to give you this one as you're so close Gwynant.  $drink$

It was in fact Brierley's first business, but not Zachary's - his Father's and his Uncle's. In the 1920's they moved to North Wales from Lancashire and started Brierly Brother's Creams charabanc motor tours. The depot was also a petrol station (hence the lettering on the wall)

They eventually became Creams Coaches which operated from Llandudno's Winter Gardens (another Brierly enterprise)

Where would you see this?      A bonus point if you know what the inscription is?

Black Lion, Castle street, Conwy.Initials are of John Brickdall, Vicar of Conwy (1569-1607).

It's above the door on the building between the Outdoor Shop and the Blue Bell pub in High Street, Conwy, which I think used to be a pub called the Black Lion. When I was in Conwy recently, I asked about the building in the shop opposite where Jean Morgan Roberts has her gallery/shop, and she told me to look it up on Google, which I did and found out that she was actually born there! There are also some metal Jackdaws on the gable ends I think.

Nearly there Dave but not quite.   You're two thirds of the way to getting the inscription.    What's the missing bit?

Sorry Dave for not making it quite clear.  The inscription gives the date and the initials  I B E  but the initials are in Latin and the I B is in fact for John Brickdall ( I being the Latin form of J )  but what is the E representing?
